This class covers inspecting pier and beam foundations and slab foundations before concrete is poured, structural issues, framing attachment, and more.
You will learn to identify deficiencies in installed piers, beams, cables, moisture problems, and inspection standards to name a few.
This is a must take class for those who perform Phase 1 inspections and those wishing to do so.
